I am a Professional Maid and a Professional Organizer who focuses on the little details in life. I’ve come to learn and appreciate in adulthood that I have a more philosophical mindset than most people I meet. I am an unmedicated Bipolar woman by choice through self-awareness and mindfulness. One of my biggest goals is to spread awareness about the possibilities of having Bipolar and living unmedicated. I have experienced pain and trauma and have risen above and continue to try and live in peace and happiness.
My wish is to help others who may be struggling in life, whether it’s mental illness or getting their physical lives more organized to help them have their mental state more organized. I hope to help people feel not so alone in a world full of people. I want to help damaged people become undamaged so we can stop hurting others and have a better experience in life. I only share what I have practiced, experienced and believed to have helped myself in hopes that it will help someone else. I see it as my mission to smash stigmas, share my story and lead my example.
I believe with ally heart that I will make a difference in this world.
